Her WBC count is normal — a little high here and there in other tests but nothing alarming. The vet has cleared her to come home. Thank you all for the well-wishes in the previous post. Horse-life can be hard [...] My mare. Spent yesterday evening at the vet’s office. My Walker mare has developed bastard strangles — it’s infected the ocular lymph nodes of her left eye.
